Well lucky for you today, it's now incredibly easy. Introducing our Shared Calendar, a whole new tab designed to help you and your favourite people find the right time, every time.
Just add the people that matter most, be it friends, family or your partner. Once they join you'll be able to swap between everyone and see their events on a map clearly showing a gap you all share.
You'll save so much time and have so much more fun spending more time with the people you care about most.
Better yet, the new Calendar tab works great even as your everyday calendar for everything else. Just choose which calendars you want to see and it's done.
We're so excited to see what you think and our hope is it helps you connect with the people you want. In real life!

We're so excited about this major update with an all new feature that's been requested since we started. It's a turning point in the experience and we hope makes Outside much more useful for everyday life.
What's new
- Introducing the Calendar Tab: Finally see an overview of your week in one place with an inuitive, simple, yet powerful calendar. We believe this take the experience to a new level where you can countdown to what's next but then switch to the Calendar Tab and go in detail. This is the starting point of a major feature planned which will help you plan with the people you care about most. If you want to try it out early, please get in contact. And if you have any feedback on the calendar so far just let us know.
- MAJOR performance improvements: Most noticeable for people with busy schedules, the app will faster to navigate and far more efficient. The app is just so much smoother.
Ofcourse we've also fixed bugs and improved stability. We hope you enjoy the new calendar view and curious to see what you think.

What's new:
• To all you new users, we'll syncing your calendar just got a whole lot better and more obvious. Whilst syncing you can now choose which specific events are going to be connected to Outside and which you dont want in there. It was fun to add and we're excited for you to use it.
• For everyone else, we've been tidying up and removing small things around the app we hope you wont notice. But we hope the app feels a little nicer and lighter to use.

What's new:
• We've made it super easy to turn on Calendar Sync. What's Calendar Sync? We'll auto-import all your events from your calendar, automatically add a wallpaper and more. It's a stress free way to upgrade your calendar, turn it visual and see each event countdown across your widgets. It's pretty awesome! Just update the app and you'll see how to enable it. Make sure you do!
• We heard from a user that they're using Outside to remember a rocket launch but we needed the time picker to be more precise, well now it down to the minute instead of every 5 mins.
Bug Fixes
• Sometimes when deleting events it could cause the app to act a little strange. Well that's gone forever!

What's new
- We've gone through the app and refreshed it to use new imagery that helps to show how people use Outside.
- If you're a new user we've updated the flow to create an account easier.
Also you may notice a slight update to our app icon, we wanted to make it reflect both the planning side of Outside, but also a window to something new. As part of this update we've also refreshed our app icons you can pick from with a couple new additions. It's good for us when we get outside, leave the home and feel productive and we want the icon to help give you the feeling you can plan something new.

Thanks for updating the app! In this update we've improved the design of the app to look a little cleaner, introduced new surprise events and fixed some reported bugs.

- Thanks to feedback we're happy to say you can now choose a more detailed countdown layout which will show the time left down to two time increments eg "11 days, 3 hrs". You can update this setting in your Appearance preferences or long press on an event to switch quickly.
- We've made design and copy improvements in areas to make things easier to use.

Get inspired by the community and inspire others.
Introducing the Discover tab. It's a new live bulletin of diverse plans and events happening in the community that you can use. Find your next plan by remixing theirs. We believe this is an important step to unlock all the unique moments happening on Outside to help the next person introduce new ideas and plans into their world.
Now by you living your life, you could pass on your plan to be used by someone else in their life. Just like those moments where you meet someone and they share what they got up to on the weekend and you go do it yourself. The Discover tab allows this serendipity to happen even more and it's just the start! When your plan in remixed by someone else, we'll let you know you've helped somebody find something new to do.
We're excited about this change and looking to add local Community Curators to the Discover tab to highlight local events happening usually found in local bulletin boards. If you'd like to become a Community Curator with these local events highlighted to see, please get in contact as we'd love to hear from you. By being a Community Curator you can help highlight these events and get more people to join them from the Outside community.

- For new users you'll get a brand new onboarding experience with an idea for your first plan from your AI assistant. It'll try and help you improve it or give something new to think about.

On demand personalized experiences you'll remember. We're introducing an all new AI life planner. It helps people discover more whilst planning less by giving truly personalized ideas.

Sign in with Google is now here!
This is a follow on update from Sign in with Apple to improve the experience for creating an account. We're really happy to have this improvement out, all thanks to feedback from people using the app.
Again thanks to your requests, we've add more wallpapers to fit any plan. Alongside this we've continued our improvements on suggested wallpapers.

We hope you've tried out our new Interactive Widgets & StandBy mode widgets. If not, make sure to update to iOS 17 to use them.
In this update we've cleaned up some of the small things bugging us and affecting some of you:
- You can now add the location of an event during the create flow. See it stand out on your world map.
- Your big event view has been given a tidy up, it's now less cluttered and your plan stands out even more.
- A new "Appearance" section has appeared on the Profile tab, you can now choose what theme you want the app in.
- Sometimes a widget may not update if you're using a repeating event. Fixed!
- Save button added to the notes view to make it easier to use.
- Fixed some iOS 17 navigation bugs which could cause the top navigation to dissapear, not anymore!
- Fixed some reliablity issues when picking custom wallpapers. Cya!

- End times: Going on a long trip or have a multi day plan? Well now you can add the end date to any plan. This also works great and automatically with calendar sync or manual calendar imports.
- All day events: A quick new switch for any event to make it last all day, perfect for birthdays or multi day events.

If you're using our oldest style for the Single Event Countdown, there's a new version to use which has a highly requested feature.
- Choose an event to highlight as the focus

This update is like a tidy desk, it's just nicer to look at and feels productive.
We've made the feed cards display information clearer, bigger and easier to read. We hope this helps the app just feel nicer in the hand.
A request was to add some different wallpapers in with colors. Well now you can pick from a range of colors!
And for you Pro users out there. You've now got a new lovely "Manage Pro" section to help make everything related to your subscription easy to find.
